The room was bigger than expected (separate living and sleeping room) and we didn't miss anything. The owners were so nice; the property was built by the husband after he looked into many of Gaudi's work and you can feel the catalanese touch in everything he crafted. The natural hot spring was superb as well as the "dragon" jacuzzi. Enjoying the sunset from the top terrace came only second to watching the stars at night.

We chose the double room with private veranda on the river and we were so happy! We also got to try their private onsen, as well as one of the outdoor onsen they suggest, and were amazed by the experience. The hotel was i a perfect location to reach any place of interest in Ito.

They have buffet-style dinner and breakfast which is perfect for vegans/vegetarians, you can chose the stuff that you can eat and stuff was very helpful to explain to me the contents of the food. Hot spring bath is huge. The location is close to the station, main shopping street, beautiful river and close to the beach.

When I booked, I didn't realize that all seven onsen baths were private and that you can stay in each one as long as you like. The property is surrounded by trees, and there is a bit of wildlife to be seen. The staff members were exceptionally helpful.
