Everything else was OK but not spectacular. In our case we were particularly disorganised about all our park permits as we self organised the trip, not using a safari company, and a flight delay took our park entry past 6 PM. It was all sorted with help from the hotel but then we were fortunate to have got the mobile phone number of a particularly helpful manager; this turned a potentially disasterous trip into a great one!NickYoung couple

This place was above and beyond what was expected and the breathtaking view from it makes this site very impressive. All staff very helpful, especially Mrs. Margaret. The food served on the plates was tasty, alcoholic drinks also available. At night the temperature dropped quite low and hot water bottles were waiting for us in our bed. We were very refreshed with the time spent there.

Best was the short distance to the entrance on the other side of the crater as the 'main entrance'.
