Some units in the luxury tent have private entrance and are fitted with desk and wardrobe. Some units have a terrace and/or a balcony with mountain or lake views. At the luxury tent, units include bed linen and towels.

We liked it very much here. The location is great, the food delicious and the staff so friendly. We especially liked the fact that they are very ecological, respect nature and support social projects. We stayed here longer than originally planned.

Located in the penultimate house on a fairly high hill above Kabale, this accommodation is a hidden gem. You'll find a very quiet environment, a great view, a solid breakfast, spacious clean rooms with hot showers, good WiFi and a friendly small staff. The drive to the city centre won’t take you more than seven minutes.

Peaceful place, clean facilities and beautiful nature. Great spot to hang out and relax! I appreciated that water and Ugandan tea is provided. Their food is very delicious! There are hammocks, sun chairs and lounge chairs as well as a whole library.

The rooms and tents were really nice and comfy, and the best part was the stunning view of the lake. It was nice waking up to such a beautiful sight every morning!

Our stay at Amasiko Home Stay is one of our best memories from our trip in Rwanda and Uganda. Wilfried's has built a hidden paradise in complete harmony with nature. Everything was perfect, from our spacious cabin with a fantastic lake view to the delicious homemade meals. The hot shower with water that smells like eucalyptus wood is the cherry on the cake! Do not hesitate one second!

The resort is well equipped, shower/toilet blocks are comfortably close to the tents, clean, always have toilet paper, hand washing soap as well as hot water. The tent is very nicely located and has lots of space, one plug inside and one outside. The à la carte dinner we tried was very nice, the breakfast also offers enough variety. The resort offers a number of activities but not forcing anything. It’s a big resort, they could host large groups, but there is enough space between the cottages and tents, it doesn’t look crowded at all.

The simple bungalows are situated on a wonderful peninsula on the lake. We had an amazing view on the surrounding not only from our balcony but also our bed. I liked the eco friendly setting and cooking their own food produced in the garden. We loved the board walk where we watched the sunset and also saw some otters one hour later. Ask for directions how to get there. Don’t be astonished side roads in Uganda are difficult. A trading center is a small village with many shops.
