All the staffs and manager are very kind and hospitable. the room was amazing. we had never expected that we could feel "Onsen" at the pool in the desert!

We enjoyed our weekend stay - catching sunsets and hearing the ocean waves. Spent a chill afternoon there and relaxed.

A unique place in the heart of the UAE desert. Loved the atmosphere of loneliness and peace.

The domes are great, really comfortable beds with private showers and en-suite. Pool is temp controlled and sun beds are comfortable. Grill is easy to use and staff are super attentive. Take own food with you as the fridges easily accommodate enough for two and food packages at the venue are expensive.

Overall it was a nice stay (2 nights), very calm hotel in the desert. Perfect to rest but they also have many activities. Room was clean, staff was really nice. We liked the outdoor cinema under the stars.

The ambience, loved the design that matches the desert and soothing colours. Staff was great, responsive and helpful. All the facilities, including the gym, were very satisfactory. Very good breakfast, good quality of food and menu at the restaurant. The bonfire was organised well, as everything else. Highly recommend, will be back for sure.

What a beautiful desert oasis! The location is gorgeous and the food is very good. The staff is very dedicated and made sure I had a wonderfully stay. Big shoutout to Kebba for the lovely chat during the evening, as well as to Mohammed for the incredible horseback riding in the dunes at sunset. I had a magical stay and I look forward to coming back!

this was exceptional! we loved everything about it. in the midst of the desert with exceptions views all around. our kids (5,7,9) loved it too and so did the grandparents. beautiful tents with all amenities needed and friendly attentive staff. we actually wanted to extend the trip but it was fully booked. we will be back for sure

The staff. Really polite and caring. The hospitality: We we’re allowed to use all hotel’s facilities after checking out (late departure) The sun beds by the pool. Convenient location to visit the desert (littered with trash unfortunately). Good driver arranged by the hotel.
