Michel was able to guide us for nice hikes, he also offered us to go kayaking departing from his terrain. The boat ride to see the beavers was lovely - he really has an eye to see them. The housing was very nice. We did one evening in a tipi and one evening in the 'le trappeur' chalet. The tipi is lovely, you can get away from the city - no electricity, just the noise of the stream and a camp fire. The chalet is also very nice - electricity inside and hot plates to cook. You still feel in the woods. It was overall a very nice stay. Would love to come back again.

The Pods were terrific, living up to the ratings by previous visitors. The proprietor was friendly and helped us with any requests we had. There's a nice trail to a Sugaring Shack (about a mile) that we walked; a bit muddy with snow this time of year, but worth going. All in all we had a great time!

Great place for a retreat located far from people and made in very simple "farm" style. Quiet and cosy, clean. Dog friendly. Owners were very nice. We didn't speak French and they didn't speak English, but Google translate and their hospitality made everything go just great.
