There is an in-house restaurant and free private parking. On clear days, guests can head outside to enjoy the luxury tent's outdoor fireplace or simply kick back and relax. The dome is great, although a bit cold at night. The staff is great, the location is amazing. The on-site restaurant is the best in the area in price/quality terms, even when staying in other places it's worth to come here (like twice cheaper for the same quality). Great location to town, was very clean, nice hot showers and everything worked well. Breakfast was ready for when we got up very early for hikes. Very cozy and Wi-Fi worked well. Kitchen was excellent and it was brilliant to have the option to use this and make sandwiches or cook etc.

A very cosy, comfortable apartment in a good location to walk to central Punta Arenas. There is a well-stocked tienda / bakery and an excellent pizza place on the next block, and the supermarket is three or four blocks away. The apartment was warm, the wifi worked well and the kitchen had modern appliances which worked perfectly. The shower was hot with good water pressure - much needed after being in the wilderness for a while. The hosts were contactable, friendly and helpful with everything.

This place is an amazing value for your money. It is walkable to the town center, super clean and comfortable bed. Amazing hot shower with pressure. Owner is friendly and helpful and great breakfast served at 5am. There is lots of free parking on the street. We could not ask for more.

Very nice hotel with exquisite architecture, and awesome landscape! We were pleased with a beautiful sunset during our dinner at the hotel! Large rooms with big bathrooms. Breakfast with plenty of options. We appreciated having dinner at the hotel. Returning to Puerto Natales, I would definitely book this hotel again.

This was the best hotel I stayed in. The sunset from the panorama window in the room is spectacular. The staff are super helpful, I was even driven in the private car when the taxi didn't turn up
