Breakfast was superb - incredible choice of hot and cold appetizers, main course, salads, fruits, deserts, beverages (juice, tea, coffee). Breakfast lasts for 4,5 hours from 6:30 to 11:00, which is convenient for both "early birds", as well as "owls". As for location: the hotel is located abt. 20 min to Altmarkt by foot, or 3 min by tram, if you use public transport.

The room was clean and spacious, there is a shared kitchen at the end of the hall with everything needed for a snack. A lot of power outlets, good hot shower (but very small booth).

Very nice hotel in the heart of Zittau, lots of breakfast choices, comfortable beds, freshly renovated rooms and accomodating staff. Rooftop terrace with a beautiful sunset view was great.

Good value of Money, comfortable parking place. Breakfast was fine but I think there could be more choice of the deserts.

it was okay. we get littel place to grill, what we like most, its perfect if you have your own tents.

The hotel is just off the square so a lovely location and a short stroll to explore the area. There is a restaurant on the veranda for food and drinks. Great selection at breakfast. Staff were helpful and friendly. Lots of off street parking - secure behind a gate. Great value for bed and breakfast.

- quiet, deserted area with no people (maybe because German vacation did not start yet) - nice restaurant with Eastern Europe cuisine in walking distance - half empty spa amenable for swimming in the nearby Altenberg - many easy biking paths around - accommodation building with thick walls keeps cold even in the hot weather
