The property was in a fab location, and I loved the rooftop bar to watch the sunsets from. It was clean, bright and spacious. The reception staff were lovely, and the cleaning staff were also polite.

Location perfect , a/p shuttle was the reason I booked this hotel and it worked very well, instructions were clear and concise and shuttle was on time both to and from the airport. Room was spacious and bed comfy. Nice hot shower with good pressure. . Reception staff very helpful and friendly.

Very central location made is easy to access local bars and restaurants as well as the historic sites. Breakfast was excellent, with freshly squeezed orange juice on tap and a great selection of hot and cold items to choose from. Our room was lovely. It was on the 9th floor so the views over the city were spectacular, especially at sunrise and sunset. The bed was super comfy and we both slept very well throughout for 5 night stay.

The location is excellent. The decoration of the hotel is quite unique and beautiful. All their staff are very friendly and helpful. My wife and I had dinner at the rooftop restaurant, and the sunset scenery was magnificent. We will surely come back to The BLESS on our next trip to Madrid.

Two places to eat in the hotel. I tried them both. The cafe had an excellent 'menu of the day' for a super reasonable price .... and the food was delicious ... I had cauliflower cheese and then sea bass. Could have also had desert and coffee - but I had no room ! Gorgeous pool and free airport shuttle. Put your name down for the airport shuttle as early as you can - it fills up.

Clean, comfy bed, balcony was nice to sit on, a lot of natural light from balcony windows, close to shops/bars & restaurants but quite on a night so no issues getting to sleep, friendly staff, iron & ironing board, shared kitchen with fridge and tea and coffee, hot shower, safe neighbourhood

We stayed at Dear Hotel Madrid in March and had a room on the 10th Floor. The views from the room are awesome, with Plaza Espana and sunset views right from of the window. Reception staff is welcoming. The location is Perfect- On Gran Via The breakfast spread is good and has a nice options to order from. Beds are comfortable and the hotel is Clean.

Good location, in a trendy neighbourhood and close to both Atocha train station and the city centre. The staff were friendly enough. Rooms were clean with hot showers.
