The property is located only a 5-minute drive from the M20 motorway. The best part is having the amazing after hours access to Leeds Castle grounds which are truly magical. Also you have Leeds Castle access from 12noon on the day of arrival and the entire following day which was NO where clearly explained in the booking information! We had a stormy night but I can imagine the sunset is magnificent. Excellent overall fun, Loved the really comfy 4 poster bed and the electric blanket. The kids beds really are just for kids under 10 and were just camping pop up beds with bare sleeping bags. The tent is warm, cozy and fun. We had a blast playing board games and cards on the tent porch area after hours.

Despite being winter the stay was comfortable as we brought sleeping bags in addition to the provided bedding. The wood burner in the tent also took the edge off. The camp area is great with multiple fires and places to sit. It really feels magical and my girls loved it. The woods are lovely to walk round - we went spotting different types of mushrooms! If you are prepared for a bit of “back to nature” you will have a great time!
