Lovely hotel great view of Haneda airport and river with wildlife.

The staff are super helpful. Rooms spacious and comfortable. Bathroom dated but very clean with powerful and hot shower. Free coffee. Great location close to Kannai station and walking distance to waterfront. The breakfast was plentiful. Did I mention how wonderful the staff are!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were very spacious and clean. We especially loved the private bath in our room. It is conveniently located. The Open Air museum and the train/cable car stations are walking distance. The breakfast was good. It's what you can expect for a complimentary buffet. The lounging areas are aesthetically pleasing, but perhaps not the most practical/comfortable (ex: hammock) The massage shop on site was a big bonus!

The communal lounge was great - a big central fireplace, free tea/coffee, good drinks menu, tasty food. The room was very comfortable and warm, with a great powerful hot shower. Would absolutely stay again. Short walk to the Tori gate and the bus or pirate ship by the lake.

Spectacular views from room and breakfast verandah. Quiet and peaceful garden setting away from the bustling crowds in the port area but close enough to walk to many attractions and walks along the lake. Shuttle bus was very handy. French Restaurant food was delicious and staff very accommodating even with very little english.

Bed is comfortable wide.Very clean and quiet.Hot shower is strong stream.Stying room including Kitchen is helpful.

The capsules are really comfortable and the location of the hotel is really good, nearby the port, which can be a good starting point for some boat trips or walks and a nice location for a sunset view. The living room with fireplace is as well very nice. The hotel has lockers.
