Amazing location, the family is super friendly and helps with everthing. We even got a little guided walk to the lake by their son. The food was amazing, the safari for wilpattu was also arranged by them.

The place was in a great setting, really making you feel like a colonial explorer from days of old, especially in the Tree House. The local safaris topped that off, but with a lovely pool facility to cool off and rustic dining area too. Perfect for the jungle adventurers!

Great breakfast including water bottles, a very helpful and kind owner, a beautiful garden with lots of wildlife and a spacious main room/ bathroom. The aircon worked well!

Immaculately clean accommodation in the middle of the jungle, run by super helpful owner, Indika, who assisted with all necessary logistics and advice for touring the area and local safari. Habarana is perfectly placed 1hr bus from Polonnaruwa and 25 mins tuktuk from Sigiriya/Dambulla. I slept 10hrs both nights(!) in the most comfortable bed I've slept in in the whole of Sri Lanka. 😊 Thank you Indika!! Highly recommended.

The room was spacious and clean; there was also lots of outdoor space which was great, as there was lots of wildlife to see! Indika was an amazing host, helping us to plan all the activities we wanted to do and suggesting ones we hadn't thought of, as well as helping us out with transport for a very reasonable price. The breakfasts were also amazing! The location is a great base for Sigiriya, safaris, and the Cultural Triangle. We would highly recommend Wild Hut!

we really enjoyed our stay here! the room was really clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff were really helpful when we wanted to book a safari to Wilpattu. we would definitely recommend this place!

Anta was a great host!! He knows a lot of the flora and fauna. He is gentel and helpful. The dinner was nice and the setup beautiful! We took also a guide for here to willpattu park. We didnt see the lepard but it was a great adventure. We recommend half a day is long enough for the safari. The accommodation is just lovely. Clean and quit with your own little veranda.
