Wonderful location, a lot of opportunities to relax outside and enjoy water, sunset etc.

We very much liked that the place is quite private, so you have your own garden with a lake. Sauna was great - it's quite spacious and has a view to the lake. Having a sauna while watching a sunset. The house did have everything that we needed for our stay. We also saw multiple herons flying near to our shore. The lake itself offers a lot. Thanks a lot for this nice experience!

The accomodation was clean, the host was nice, hot shower and fridge was available.

Amazing location, remote place to enjoy one of the largest lakes and protected areas in Latvia. Spacious room with neat design, fireplace and sunset views (quadruple room). Comfy beds and clean room, convenient shared kitchen and dining area.

Really good hotel: spacious room, comfy bed, good hot shower. It feels fresh, furniture and room in general appears new, without signs of wear. Breakfast had good choices, I particularly liked potato pancakes. It's in central part of the town, close to bus terminal (however the location is pleasant, nothing shady about it), 10 minutes walk from the train station. They only take cash, I have no problem with that and they certainly made sure I knew it before arrival.
