The property had a swimming pool and a place to bbq and was overall very pretty and good for families with kids. Our bungalow was very spacious with a sofa and a bed.

Nice touches like s’mores kits for the camp fire, including providing a vegan version. Great advice from the staff on visiting Zion National Park.

The location and view are very special at this UC location. The tents and beds are super comfy, and food was awesome. It was nice that you're able to drive your car right up to your tent. The staff was super informative to give you all needed info about building a fire, etc.

The Tents are really well constructed. impressed with how they held up in the brief storm we had during our stay. Comfortable beds and great wash and toilet facilities in the tent. Stargazing canopy was amazing!

The staff were so friendly & helpful, they were able to answer questions we had about the facilities and local area. The view was amazing, both the sunset and sunrise from our covered wagon were absolutely beautiful. We were apprehensive about the shared bathrooms, but they were a very short walk from our room and always clean and warm with hot showers and all necessary products. The fire pits and grill facilities were great, we spent our first night just relaxing in the communal areas!

Great lodging. It is not on the Springdale shuttle area, but the view is amazing. The sunset is beautiful in the mountains. Staff was very helpful. I got a s'mores kit to use in the pit fire. The common area is great and it really helps to make friends with other visitors. The room is amazing, super comfortable, very cozy.

gorgeous location and property, fantastic for families - our kids loved the horses, dogs, chickens and ponies. the house was a great design and big enough for a family if 5. can’t beat the sunset views. cottonwood restaurant was delicious.
