Hot tub was great and very clean. Electric fireplace was nice to look at. Front staff were friendly and helpful. The price was very reasonable for our particular dates that we stayed. Car wash in the heated underground parking and parking was included.

Parking on site was included, great for the location. It's a motel style but the room stayed warm even in -20C. Did not use hot tub but it was open. Value is great for a usually expensive Canmore stay.

The staff is smiling and ready to help guests 24/7. We came to celebrate my mother's birthday, they gave us a small but very nice gift in the form of soft drinks and chocolate with nuts. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. I will definitely come to this hotel in the summer and will recommend this hotel to all my friends.
