Quick check in, the owner sent detailed instructions. Didn't have to wait for the owner, the key was in the safe. Thanks for the delicious coffee. Gracias!

Unfortunately nothing, we re-booked another hotel, the container was clean but very small there were large dogs on the other side of the fence barking and the parking out side was not secure enough for us.

The hotel was very clean as was the room. Staff was friendly upon check-in and also at check out. Everything was as new and the hotel seemed either recently remodeled, or brand new. There was also free coffee and water in the lobby. Good value for the money.

Pasaje al Pilar was an absolute gem. We thoroughly enjoyed out stay there with 2 adults and 2 kids. It was very clean, well appointed with a fabulous location. The beds were comfortable and even though it is very close to the main strip and Plaza Pilar it was very quiet at night. The owners include extras like oil for cooking, paper towel, sugar and coffee which makes it easier when you are travelling from place to place. Highly recommended!

The location is great, everything was very clean, the staff is polite. For a 4 star hotel, I expected a little bit more, but it's still very good.

The room is fairly renovated, the bed is comfy and very clean. The staff is friendly and location is perfect. You can walk to literally anywhere from there and it is just beside Goya's museum. They own a bakery downstairs that has all sorts of baked goods (not included in price though, which is a shame). In the end we tried different breakfast places, but the hotel's bakery ended up being the best choice, so I'd recommend having the most convenient time and enjoying a good brunch there.

Most pet friendly hotels don’t bother with facilities for their four-legged guests. Here, our cats were greeted with beds, litter trays and treats. The room was spacious and well-equipped and very clean. And the staff were friendly and helpful. The car park they use cannot take camper vans but the hotel responded quickly to my query to advise me that on-street parking is available.
