The caravan is lovely , it's light bright and clean , the photos don't give it enough justice. The caravan site is super friendly. The kitchen area is well stocked with utensils needed to cook. The beds were comfortable and the linen smelt fresh. Definitely recommend.

Can get a nice view of the water stream in front of the hotel. 03-04 minutes walk from Polperro public car park which charges £15 for 24 hours(Sept 2023). Freshly baked croissants at the breakfast were really delicious.

We were lucky to have parking there, as we were early on arrival, because of rain stopping us from our day out, whereas other accommodation there is paid parking at the end of the road and luggage taken by a quad bike. Great to walk around the town and onto the beach when the tide was out with a cave there to shelter out of rain 🌧😀. Lovely shops. Great pubs. The 3 Pilchards and The Blue Peter.
