super clean shower/toilet facilities. Glamping pod was amazing, clean and very private. Beach access was so easy to get to. Dog friendly for our two big dogs.

    Brilliant stay for our family, everything we needed was provided, top clean caravan and brilliant position close to the top playground, access to the beach and a fishing lake. The communication with the host was great, we would definitely recommend. The park is well kept and has many activities to offer for all ages, the facilities are new, staff very friendly and helpful, we will be returning.

    The site is great . lovely view out of the front window of the sea. It was great we didn't have to take bedding and towels.we walked into withersea which took about 45 minutes.we where told there was a bus that's takes you withersea if did not want to walk .the static caravan was very clean and modern with everything you need.they also left a goody basket which was a lovely touch .

    Perfect place to stay. The caravan was very clean and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need during your stay. Our family had a ball. A little welcome package was waiting for us and it had a little gift for the children in. Very thoughtful from the owner. Thank you.

    The property was so well equipped, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location of the caravan was absolutely perfect if you have children, as they can be seen in the park from the caravan. Close to beach access and bins, and a short walk to the club house.

    Very clean z so- the cleanest I have visited and I am a regular visitor, thoughtful attention - left milk, tea/coffee, toilet rolls etc on arrival . Nice and spacious and quiet but only a very short walk to beach so wonderful location!
