The caravan had a decking so we could sit outside and relax. We had access to Netflix and Internet. The location was perfect. They left a gift for us, juice and biscuits which was so nice of them.

The holiday home was lovely, very airy and bright, very comfortable and had a nice feel to it. Even though we brought things like toiletries, tea coffee suger etc we need not of worried as all these things were already in the home, we liked the fact it was dog friendly and it was nice being close to the lake.

There was some noise in the courtyard but otherwise I had a very comfortable sleep. Tea and coffee station in the bedroom, and nice clean wet room bathroom. Breakfast was served with a smile and in a lovely bar area. Nice views of the country and a relaxed atmosphere.

There was a large, garden and wood fired hot tub. Location was great for visiting Rye and Hastings and Winchelsea beach was only a few minutes drive. Would highly recommend and look forward to staying again.
