The furnishings are high quality. The bed was very comfortable and the property is very clean. There is off road parking, albeit a bit tight to access and up a ramp. The breakfast was plentiful, with a great range and very tasty. The hostess is a force of nature - extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. She even recommended somewhere to eat, booked us a table and even gave us a lift to nearby.

Pool, playground and animals (sheep, goats), nice and well equipped community kitchen, baby chair, cot, spacious rooms with balcony, everything very clean and luxorious. We are two families and had both upstairs apartments which was very nice. Parking lot is spaceous. By car it's just a few minutes to Coimbra and less than two hours to Porto or the vineyards, beach is a 40 mins drive. We will definately come back!
