The room was fantasic, with the beach view. Very clean and comfortable.

3 bedrooms. very clean. Close to beach. Everything was provided.

The apartment was very clean and well maintained and location was great. Also, it is very well equipped, so we had everything we needed to enjoy. The only thing I would add to make it perfect is a barbecue in the balcony and wifi. The unit is inside Oaks Cypress Lake and the reception agent was very helpful. Also, if you are after renting electric bikes, you can rent from them too.

The location is very handy for a stopover as it is only 5 minutes off the M1. It is also only 15-20 minutes from the beach and 30 minutes from the Hunter Valley wineries. Having the motel across the road from the Diggers Wallsend is brilliant - lots of good dining options all day. Also the rooms are very clean comfortable and well-appointed. Highly recommended place to stay, good for families too.

Marion, at the front desk, was very friendly and helpful in providing information about local services, including places to eat and a laundromat. The room was very clean and comfortable with everything I needed for my stay (a toaster and hairdryer are provided on request). I found the bed particularly comfortable. I was pleased there was free on-site parking. The purpose of my stay was to visit a family member at John Hunter Hospital, and Surf Beach Motel was quite convenient.

We found the apartment to be very clean and spacious. Modern feel. It is over 3 levels, but we were happy with that as we don't have any mobility issues. It was close to the shops and we did drive the 9 minutes to see the beach. We were very happy with the location as it was very close to a friend we were visiting. We thought we had booked a 2-room apartment, but it had a bonus room with a bed off the garage on the ground floor, which means it actually was more like a 3 bedroom.

Close to beach and city. Good variety of restaurants close by. Comfy bed, room very clean.

About 15 mins drive from central Newcastle & beaches. Quiet area. Our room was compact but very clean. Comfortable bed. Bar fridge with good freezer. Parking was good even when we came back late at night. This is well-cared for hotel, which would stay in again.
