Everything was perfect. The hosts are wonderful people; so kind and accommodating. Check in process was clear and communication before hand was great. The room has everything you need. Very very clean and perfect location. Walking distance from town but far enough away that it's not too noisy. Also, you can't beat the price.

Angela was a great and attentive host, the room was comfortable and very clean, the view of the vulcano from the balcony a real highlight. It’s great to be able to use the facilities of the hotel next door, for breakfast in a nice setting and to book tours/activities.

Nice, very clean and open premise. Perfect view of the volcano from the front of the villa and from the large, clean pool. Staff was always friendly and helpful, the communication via whatsapp was seamless. We would stay there again and can recommend it.

Beautiful property with an amazing view of Arenal Volcano. The hosts, Wendy and Roger, were so kind and accommodating. There are nearby restaurants and a small markets as well as activities. The Glamping yurts had a bed, futon couch, sink, fridge, coffee and tea, a/c, electrical and a shower. It was nicer than several hotels I’ve stayed in! And waking up to the volcano view every morning was breathtaking.

This place was perfect. Great, quiet location about a block or two from the town. The apartment was spacious, well decorated, and had everything we needed. The host Patricia was wonderful and arranged transportation from San Jose for us and also gave us great restaurant recommendations. The place is also very, very clean - the cleaner is excellent. Best vacation rental I have had in a while.

Perfect location, very clean and comfortable rooms, amazing gardens. The property is very well taken cre off. Friendly staff and good breakfast. 5min away from La fortuna waterfalls and El salto with car. 30min away from mistico hanging bridges with car.

Amazing view of the Arenal volcano (if nature lets you see it). The rooms and the toilets were very clean!

Beautiful place full of great decors and plants, with very clean and comfortable rooms. You may not wish to go out and relax by the pool, jacuzzi or just relax. Superb owners crate almost family atmosphere. Nice breakfast every day new. Bus station close by (recommended to go to the beach) or Uber. Thank you for short but great time!

We loved that this place offered a different kinda stay. I'd describe Termales Del Arenal as Glamping. The hut was very clean and the shower hot. The best thing was that we basically had the thermal pools to ourselves so it felt very private. We stayed at another hotel nearby the night before and the pools were very busy so we felt very chilled here. Cocktails are also delicious!
