Burano Camping Beach-Bar

Néa Thésis

Burano Camping Beach-Bar, a property with a bar, is located in Néa Thésis, a few steps from Monolithi Beach, 5.4 km from Nikopolis, as well as 10 km from Archaeological Museum of Nikopolis. This beachfront property offers access to a patio, free private parking and free WiFi. The campground provides sea views, a picnic area and a 24-hour front desk. It was an amazing experience to stay in a tent in such close distance to the sea! It was more glamping than camping as there is a bed and basic furinitures- what do you need more? :p I really loved the vibe of the place and would definitely go back :) I finally felt like I’m on holidays! And guys- the sunsets there! Wow! Also Johnny (I believe that was his name) was very kind and helpful.

Kalamitsi Beach Camping Village

Preveza

Located 50 metres from Kalamitsi Beach, Kalamitsi Beach Camping Village is located amidst greenery in Preveza. It offers an outdoor pool with free sunbeds, restaurant and bar. Free WiFi is provided in the reception area. We were there in September, so the camp was not occupied in full capacity. It is the oldest camp in the area, the flora is wildly beautiful. It is surrounded with forest of old olive  trees. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our daughter enjoyed the swimming pool. The location was great, there is almost private beach 20m from the camp (you have to walk down a lovely wild path covered in reeds), but is a wild, the water is clean and shallow at the beginning and rocky on parts in the deep (good for snorkeling).  Preveza and many commercial beaches are less than 10 min driving distance. The restaurant was not opened, but there are 2 optional restaurants from which  can order delivery. There is a bar by the pool which is open during the working hours of the swimming pool. As I mention above Preveza is very close by car and there are plenty of restaurants, taverns and coffee bars. Markets are also 5-10 min driving distance.Rooms are spacious and bright, there is always hot water. The appliances are kind of old but in working condition. There is a laundry room you can use for a decent fee. There are plenty excursions to make in the surroundings if you in the mood. We visited The Perama cave in Ioannina; Acheron river; the ecosystem near Preveza where you can enjoy dolphins, flamingos and various birds and eat fresh sea food in the fisherman village; picturesque Parga, Lefkada.....We are not very demanding family and we had a great stay. use
