Apartment has a great location, very close to beach and the little Poljana bay. The apartment has great furnishings and good TV options, just lacking in kitchen maybe microwave and something to make coffee in. You can live comfortably, there is small convenience store and 2 restaurants nearby (within 200 m). Especially recommend Moka Pizzeria, for the nice outdoor seating.

I really like the localization- its close to the center of Preko, shops and beaches. Rooms was very clean, we had balcony with the view of Zadar. There were towels and fridge. The staff was very kind and helpfull. It’s not modern place, but I really like retro style of it- with old pictures of Preko and nice drawings on the walls. I really recommend Pension Rušev!!!

Everything was great, the apartment was very clean and beautiful. The owners were very kind and the neighborhood was lovely, the beach and most of restaurants are close to the apartment.

The apartment is very nice, I can say amazing. It is very spacious, well equiped (washing machine, dish washer, barbeque equipment, garden, dishes in kitchen,...), and, what is important to us, it is very clean. The owners are kind and give you privacy and peace so you can really enjoy your vacation. And at the end, what to say about Sutomišćica - amazing small village with beautiful beach that is not to crowded and with one of the best sunsets I have ever seen! Highly recommended! 🙂

Super friendly hosts, Josip and his wife are wonderful and made our stay amazing! Good location, walking distance to the centre of Ugljan. Very, very clean, we couldn't find any dust! Good beds, even a baby bed was arranged (which the baby loved) well equipped apartment. We loved the barbecue and swimming pool. Overall 10 out of 10!!

Splendid view over the sea and the city of Zadar! I spent hours just sitting and enjoying the ambiance. The app is spatious and very clean. 10 walk from the beach, shops, and ferry. I'll reaturn here, if I can.

Beautiful place right by the sea, right next to a sandy beach. The apartments are spacious and modern, everything is fully equipped and very clean. Close to supermarkets and restaurants. Amazing views of the sea and Zadar. Great hosts. Everything was exactly as described in the offer and even better. We spent a wonderful family holiday here. Highly recommended :)
