Very helpful staff, both hotel and room is very clean, free coffee spot to chill

It was very cheap, but it was clean and had everything we needed. We booked 2 rooms which worked out well as the kids could share a bed and the rooms were adjacent. Even though the toilets and showers were shared with other guests they were very clean. As a bonus there was some glow in the dark stars pointed into the ceiling which the kids enjoyed.

Staff is really kind and friendly. Close to the train station Nearby convenience stores. Convenient to go to.

The hotel is clean and the rooms are relatively comfortable. There is a small convenience store nearby. It is relatively near one of the train station although it is a longer walk to Nagoya main station. Reception is helpful.

Staff very accommodating, stored luggage for us, they kept the restaurant open a bit longer after closing as we arrived a bit late. Rooms were very clean and had everything we could have needed.

Such a cool vibe at this hotel, right from the start! The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We booked two rooms as we had a family of four. We were able to be right next to each other which was great. The rooms itself were large, modern and very clean. Location was great to be near the train, restaurants and convenience stores. We had a lovely stay here.

Room was a good size and very clean. Plenty of helpful things in the room as well (phone charger, TV with VOD options, kettle with tea, and more). Overall very comfortable and perfect for solo travellers. Convenience store on the first floor was great. Location also great-only a few minutes walk from Nagoya station. Staff were nice, spoke some English, and the check-in and check-out processes were incredibly smooth and easy. Bathroom was also very nice.
