This was a nice hotel - nothing special. Everything was very clean and comfortable, and my room was a standard western style hotel room. The hotel itself was about a 15min walk away from the main train station.

The hotel is clean, and the staff offered complimentary eye masks after informing us that there wouldn't be a cleaning service in the room. While their English may not be fluent, they tried their best to communicate and even drew directions for clarification. The hotel is not far from Aomori Station, about a 10-minute walk, and there's a convenience store nearby.

The hotel is easy to reach with multiple bus stops in 3-5 minutes walking distance, many convenience stores around. The breakfast was good - warm and cold foods as well as fruits and vegetables. You can get free coffee at any time of the day. There's a microwave in the laundry room, which I only found out later when I went to do my laundry. The view from my room was nice. I had a problem with my room and the room change was quick and easy.

2 min walk from train station. Excellent staff and beautiful buffet breakfast the best we have had in Japan in 10 years of travelling to Japan. Convenience store attached to hotel.Comfortable room.Quiet location.

Close proximity to public transport! Bus stop directly across the road and train station a few minutes walk away. Convenience stores nearby.

Firstly I should say the staff were all very kind. The ladies in the dining room were especially so and created a very happy atmosphere. The hot spring baths were very warming on a snowy day, as were the evening ramen bowls. Great breakfast too, with delicious Aomori apple. Very clean and modern hotel.

The hotel has lots of free parking directly next to the hotel, or if there's no room, you are directed to a car park around the corner. The hotel lobby was very clean and the staff were very nice. There are also a lot of good restaurants nearby and there's a convenience store across the street.
