Spacious and well appointed. Great value for money and well located for easy access to train station and streetcar. Convenience store close by and quick take away restaurant downstairs. Access to Netflix on the tv was a bonus. Contactless check in was easy to do.

It was very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the views to the mountains from my 10th floor room. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was very well located and the tram was very nearby to all the main sights. There was a very useful laundry room.

The living room is very nice, spacious and there is an open kichen with everything you need to cook a simple meal. Shared bathrooms were very clean at all times. Room was very comfortable, we liked it a lot and would highly recommend this place for anyone who visits Nagasaki

I'm guessing this is a new hotel because it's so new and clean. Just right next corner is Chinatown and shopping street, so you have everything near the hotel. Restaurants, convenience stores, pharmacies. Also with an amazing receptionist, very kind. Overall really nice stay, would definitely return at the next opportunity,

Extremely friendly owners, clean room, I had plenty of space. Common restroom and showers very clean, super cozy kitchen, the owners suggested me a good jazz club for my second night and I loved it!! I walked from there to the harbor and to the main attraction points but there are also buses and tramways

The rooms are very clean and spacious for 3 pax. Nice view Breakfast is selection is good. The staff are very friendly and can speak English and Mandarin. The hotel facilities and Onsen are great.

The room is spacious and properly sectioned for function. Very clean as well.

Very clean and new. Walking distance from beautiful and not crowded beaches. Room, kitchen, bathroom and common areas are well maintained
