Era mini hotel is very clean, nice and cozy. Staff was well organized and client oriented. When I arrived May 1st, it was so raining in Almaty, and the air was quite cool and cold, so the room was warm thanks to conditioner. Staff advised me to warm my room. My stay was exceptionally great! Thank you so much!

The location is perfect, the building itself is very clean and modern. The apartment was in pristine shape and the hosts were punctual and friendly. There's a nice little convenience store in the building and a Papa Johns across the street.
