I love Puro so there was no surprise that it was amazing. Very clean hotel, you can choose level of pillow softness and staff is simply brilliant! Everyone very kind and always with smile and very professional. They are also very flexible, no extra charge for late check-out which is great! Voucher for welcome drink at the check in and the most wonderful breakfast you can imagine.

The apartment was very clean, very nice and comfortable. It is located 3 minutes walking from the city center but far enough to not hear any outside noises. There is a lift to every floor. The towels are big and soft. The nice tableware is enough for 4 people and the fridge was very clean too. The people at the welcome desk are very helpful en friendly. I really recommend this apartment.

Excellent location just in the city center but quiet at night, very clean and seemed relatively new refurbished; perfect healthy breakfast for adults; despite holidays, quick and helpful communication with host; kids especially loved we could log in into our YouTube account and watch their favorite cartoons

Very clean and comfortable room. Lake beach just outside the hotel with loungers and water sports equipment to rent. Breakfast was delicious with variety of foods to choose from . Restaurant food was super tasty. Friendly staff . Nice & clean swimming pool

Breakfast simple but nice. Portion was more than enough. Lake is a few steps away, it was very nice to take a swim in the morning, the water and the beach is very clean. Hosts were super nice!
