Loved the location, walking distance from anything you could possibly need. The pool and beach access from building was absolutely perfect. The apartment was renovated and very clean. Balcony was a relaxing plus!

The hostel is in a good location: about 15 min walk to the beach and 15/20 min walk into Old San Juan. The rooms were very clean, other travellers were respectful and friendly as were the staff and the bathrooms were also very clean and nice

Very nice unit in the upper floor (#20, la Ferreteria) with access to the rooftop. The working space downstairs is a great spot to relax and have some good coffee. Very clean, bright and wide spaces. Great location, close enough to the old town and the local beach Escambron. Easygoing parking facilities just next door.

Perfect location, walking distance from beautiful beaches and the old city. The coworking facility is fantastic and makes this an ideal spot for a digital nomad. Very clean space and friendly staff.

Apartment is very clean, huge, comfortable and the most importantly located in the very safe area. Beach is only 5 minutes walk, surrounded with many restaurants. Do not forget to visit spanish bakery. I will certainly stay at Mar de Norte again. Thanks for Lyzanne helping me by e-mail and phone regarding to all the informations about the building.

Great hotel with excellent location near Condado Beach. Beach chairs and towels included in price. Very friendly staff. Nice hotel pool. Rooms were very clean and comfortable.

I would recommend booking the studio with terrace ! We had plenty of space and enjoyed watching sunsets on the terrace. Very convenient location from a walking distance to convenience stores, restaurants/bars, La Placita, and the beach.

An excellent flat studio. It is very clean and provided with everything one might need for a stay. The bed is really confortable, lots of light, and the air conditioning functions perfectly. The kitchen has both a hotplate and a microwave/oven, while you can find an iron and ironboard in the storage near the bathroom. The location is also great, in the heart of the Condado area, with a lot of café, shops and restaurant nearby. The beach is at a 10-minute walk. So, in short, it is highly recommended.
