It's a low budget stay with some extra perks. The focus in detail, from the naming of the rooms, until the toiletries they use, all is very thought through. The hotel has parking spaces on the -2 underground level and it costs 5 Euros per day to park there. That was very convenient for us. The breakfast is good. In the lobby they have vending machines with hot and cold bevarages, snacks and other. I liked that. What I loved the most was that the hotel was booked almost entirely by people who came for the Metallica concerts at Volkparkstadion (just like ourselves). It was a very good metal weekend🤘 Thanks for having us.

Rooms were cozy and having Bluetooth speakers in the room is a nice touch. Adjustable lights were nice but was a bit hard to figure out how to control at first, apparently you have to press and hold to adjust the brightness. Toilets are available on each floor which is convenient, showers are only in the basement but there are many cubicles and they are clean. Clean towels can be gotten from front desk, and staff are friendly :)

Location is very convenient: there is a direct subway train from the Hamburg Central Railway Station, which will take you in 10 minutes to the hostel. Personnel is friendly and helpful. There are a lot of amenities at the facility: huge conference rooms, huge canteen, park and places to play, work and take a rest, free breakfast with fruits. So for the low price of bunk bed we can have a plenty of values.OlegSolo traveller

The team is super nice, everyone was always friendly, helpful, respectful and cheerful. The hotel has little details that make a difference, like a bluetooth soundbox in the room, a cool decoration, there's always music playing and a 24/7 bar/restaurant.
