Great setup with a nice living room and kitchen. The capsules were super comfortable and spacious! The blonde lady helped me check in and check out and she was very nice too. Nice hostel atmosphere, but you could close your capsule if you don’t want to talk to anyone and want more privacy. Also, you get a key to a locker with your bed number, and you get a bin in the fridge with your number as well, so everyone knows what stuff belongs to them. There was an outlet and a shelf inside to charge your phone or whatever. Definitely well thought out!

The buffet breakfast remains the same every day but is decent enough. The sauna, which overlooks the snow-covered mountain, and the pool are definite highlights. Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Additionally, you can take an electric taxi downhill for just 4000 tenge, slightly cheaper than the cable car for two people.

For sports lovers, there is a place to go for a run. Very friendly and professional staff. Located near the exhibition center, which is convenient for thevisiting of exhibitions. The downside of the location is the huge constant traffic jams on the main street near the hotel, which complicates the movement of vehicles. But there are always big traffic jams in Almaty.

The staff is friendly and they provide a small contain for grocery items. Bunk beds with privacy curtains / LCD lights and sockets. Kitchen is very clean and organized. Little far from city center - but very easy to catch the buses 9, 11, 80 ... (3 minutes walk to bus stop)

The staff is incredibly friendly - I left my jacket in the wardrobe and they went out of their way to contact me and kept it for me until I picked it up. The shower was great; excellent water pressure and temperature. Nice restaurants and a supermarket 50m from it. Everything was clean and comfy. I'd recommend it to anyone travelling to Almaty looking for a budget business hotel.

Very convenient to reach all sightseeing's with taxi since it's very cheap there. The rooms had nothing missing. Very spacious and somewhat modern. The bathroom was especially great. Since hotel is in top floors of one of the highest buildings around it has a great panoramic view to the city from the rooms. Breakfast had nothing missing already, big variety to choose from for all tastes. Staff were friendly, speaking English well so we had no issues.
