Everything was perfect! Bungalow was very modern and clean, huge bathroom with really hot shower. AC worked great. Staff were very friendly, helped us arrange a bus. Food was beautiful and cheap! (Highly recommend the Gado Gado) The area this place is set in was absolutely stunning.

Location, great surrounding, in the vicinity of the jungle full with monkeys (Thomas leaf monkey), Sumatran orangutans and other animals, and close to the river; Very calm, no traffic noises, you only hear noices from animals and the river flowing. Staff is very friendly, helpfull and can organise for you orangutan trekking and other activities with affordable cheap prices.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, which improved the overall experience. The hotel's central location was convenient, and the availability of internet was a plus.

The capsule for two was spacious and clean. The breakfast of toast and spread was a nice addition. There is a Indomaret on the premises, which is convenient. Restaurants around are quite expensive.

Great price for a private room with a shower. It's quite new, clean and the shower is warm. The room is also quite big which is good. The host is really friendly and even took me back to the pier which I really appreciate. Conveniently they have a shop and also there's a nice restaurant across the road.

We have really enjoyed our stay here! The staff are fantastic, super friendly and really care about you. They explain everything in detail, give you great accommodation and answer any questions you may have. They also explain alternatives for budget travellers, such as local bus routes. They also explained the route to the volcano without a guide very well, even though they provide a guiding service themselves.

Lovely family running the hostel. Very budget friendly with simple but tasty breakfast. Good location.

Paradise Garden with fresh passion fruits and a very friendly and helpful family. Would recommend to stay here rather than inside of the city. You can take a cheap grab to go to the city or the owner can take you, but it takes a little bit.

The guest house is located within walking distance to town centre/market. Room is spacious for one, I had very nice sleep. The host and his family are very friendly and helpful in giving travel advices. I went to the Mt. Sibayak tour with them which I really enjoyed. Price is depends one the group size but it's reasonably cheaper from what you can get from Klook. Few options for breakfast to choose from which is lovely!
