The capsules are located in a lounge area, however you may hear some noise from the terminal area. The temperature is set to be comfortable, however you may wish to bring a blanket for extra comfort.
I like location at the airport, comfort that I had in a such small room, and the possibility to watch the movie or listen the music.

It met my needs, remembering that it is not an ordinary hotel, it is a capsule hotel, this idea is very cool. However, the screen inside wasn't working, I didn't have access to wifi, it was very hot at the time and I'm glad the air conditioning was working, there are no blankets, maybe it's worth taking if your stay is in the coldest months. It's a little strange because it's inside the hospital, I thought it was on the side and not actually inside, so the bathrooms available for use are those in the hospital. Regarding security, I felt totally safe and every time I left the capsule it closed automatically and only opened with your password, which was great because I spent a night in Venice and I was able to leave part of my things in the capsule, avoiding taking too many things . And finally, I loved Italy, it was my first time visiting, I have no words, just feelings.

Very comfortable option for one night stay at the airport. Clean, tiny room with a charger. Very clear instructions.

It is conveniently situated! The tram station is less than 2 minutes' walk away, and so are the buses. There is also a self-service laundry nearby in case anyone needs it. There are also vending machines for coffee, tea, snacks, etc. The staff are also friendly and fluent in English! They helped us navigate to the airport :) Very clean and comfortable imo.

Location convenient to the train/bus station and a short walk to the Citta Alta. Very spacious and comfortable room and beds. Well sound proofed against the noise on the street. Very friendly and helpful staff and a very nice breakfast.

Most convenient location for an early or very late departure from Terminal 2, just a short walk away. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It's essentially a cheap and cheerful offering with very clean and comfortable rooms.

The hotel was quite affordable, which is always a plus when traveling on a budget. As a pet owner, I appreciated that the hotel was pet-friendly, allowing me to bring my furry friend along. Although there was an additional cost, the parking was convenient and easily accessible. The availability of public transportation was excellent, with both a bus and subway station nearby. It took us only 30 minutes to reach the city center.

The Idea hotel is a transit hotel for people catching flights from Malpensa airport- the cost for transport in a minivan is 5 Euro and is booked via reception and paid directly to the driver - The Hotel is very convenient and cheap - the rooms are basic but clean - there is an excellent Trattoria just 2 minute walk from the Hotel - breakfast is quite ok

The location was convenient - 2mins walk to Corvetto metro station, the staff is very friendly and helpful (I asked for a blanket and I got it immediately, we could also leave our luggage for a couple of hours in the storage room). It's very clean and quite neat. Downstairs there are vending machines, which is a good thing too.
