Clean, convenient, friendly staff

March 2024 3D2N Enjoyable stay! Check in is smooth with the help of Ms Anna. She is considerate and helpful! The room is spacious and clean even with an extra bed. Most of the hotel staff is friendly, approachable and most important serve with smiley face. Location is quite convenient. 7-eleven just round the corner. Breakfast got many dishes... Nice welcome warm cookies!

Good value for the price. Basic room, bunk bed with shared bathroom. Good location. Friendly owner.

Very clean hostel. I like the dorm with the capsules with curtains. There is also a common area and a kitchen. Walkable to the city centre. Right around the corner there is a cheap and good Indian restaurant.

There is a pool at the rooftop and one at the level of the entrance. The rooftop is big and looks nice. The staff is really friendly. There is a light, a plug in two shelfs and two hooks in the capsule. You can lock the capsule while you are in. There are a lot of toilets and showers are separated.

Great facilities. Spacious room. Neat, tidy and clean. 5 minute walk from the AEON Mall, and a 3 minute Grab from Sentral Station. Really convenient location. Day time staff (Lady) was really friendly and super helpful.

Location was great - quick walk to the river and Jonker st Staff were friendly and helpful Cats (3) were friendly and nice to have around the common spaces Common space, kitchen area and reading/gaming corner were great spaces to use - Chinese New year decorations were lovely to see since I was also celebrating! No laundry machines but there was a cheap and easy to use coin laundry place within 5 min walk! (Greenwash launderette)

From the entrance, check in to the check out process, i will say our experience staying at this hotel was amazing. The security are super friendly,kind and very helpful, as well as their reception staffs...spacious room, clean, follow all remarks which help to provide iron in the rooms convenient location which nearby a lot of attractions..price so reasonable and i will say it cjnsudered cheap for this great hospitality...definitely will back again to this hotel.
