The breakfast was delicious, with many choices, and a Thai breakfast cooked by the staff. Ice water, fruits, coffee and cookies are provided 24 hours a day. The accommodation environment is quiet, and you can reach Thapae Gate in 3 minutes' walk. The Sunday night market is right at the entrance of the alley, which is very convenient. The staff are very warm and friendly. What a great stay!

Ok so after staying in so many places in Thailand, this hostel is my favourite. I’ll definitely come back to Chiang mai and book a room there. Staff are very friendly and nice. The house owner is very friendly. There is a traditional market nearby, so it is quite convenient to buy the fruit and the local food at a very cheap price. Also, mini Big C and Lotus fresh market are nearly.

Budget friendly accomodation when you want to have your own room. Room was exactly as the picture and is perfect for 1 person with a cute little balcony. Quiet at night. Located in centre of Chiang Mai old town, close to many tourist destinations, eateries, currency exchange and convenient stores. Sunday night street market is only 2 minute walk. Reception staff speaks english and is pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend.

This stay exceeded expectations with its friendly staff, impeccable cleanliness, and budget-friendly rates. The cozy atmosphere made for a pleasant stay, and I would highly recommend it to fellow travelers seeking a positive experience on a budget. Its convenient proximity to the city center. Notably, the hotel maintained a remarkably quiet ambiance throughout my stay. Additionally, room was huge and air-conditioned.

Everything. It’s clean, quiet, mama is so friendly and helpful, I slept very well here. There is a cute dog also 🙂🐕. The location is excellent. There is 7 eleven literally next door, water machine 3 litres of water for 1 bath, very cheap laundry. If you are travelling on a budget it’s perfect! Location is excellent too, many nice cafes and restaurants around. There is a monastery less than 10 mins walk away that offers evening vipassana sittings for locals and foreigners who want to learn.

Brilliant, no complaints. Lovely friendly staff. Extremely clean , bless the wonderful cleaner lady, you always see her every day working hard to maintain housekeeping. Central location. Privacy curtains. Short walk to two 7 eleven convenient stores. Nice and cosy communal area that has a fridge,microwave, and free tea. I would highly recommend it.

Absolutely amazing hotel.. great location .. wonderful, friendly n very helpful staffs. The service is simply amazing.. they let us check in way before the actual check in time as we arrived in Chiang Mai via sleeper train very early in the morning. They also accomadated us in checking out of the hotel later than the checkout time. They have the laundry service which was very convenient and cheap. I would definitely be staying at this hotel when im back in Chiang Mai 😀
