Great location, equidistant between ski area and restaurants/shops. Free shuttle between hotel and ski lift on demand (by phone call). Decent breakfast, although starting at 10am is a bit late for some (early skiers!). Really nice staff (especially Arman) who went out of his way to help us, above and beyond what is expected of a hotel.

It is located in city centre with all restaurants and shops nearby. It is not near the slopes if you are skiing but the hotel provides a shuttle 3 times during the day to take you to the slopes. Very friendly staff, spacious rooms, comfort all round. There are no swimming pool and sauna and jacuzzi in this hotel if you are a fan of swimming after skiing. She was very cordial, prompt with her response, took care of every minor issue and she was very helpful to us, even beyond our stay in the Chalet. The Chalet itself is very comfortable, warm and spacious. The rooms are cozy and there was an option to open the door / window, which was good as the weather was quite hot for us. The location is also very good, right next to the ropeway and close to many good restaurants.
