The view was amazing from both the bed and the little living room. Absolutely beautiful, very clean with all possible amenities. Each apartment has its own parking + there are facilities for disabled people. The hosts are very polite and quite helpful in case you need anything for the apartment or if you eould like to book a tour or an activity. They have a quite huge network which is really useful! I would go there again for sure! Definitely worth it!

just about everything was superb. The house is very ample, plenty of space, well-equipped kitchen, excellent layout with a homely and comfortable living area. The house has more than you can possible use on a short visit including BBQ and washing machine with everything needed for their use. The gardens are nicely landscaped and the location is absolutely amazing. on the top of a hill, surrounded by vegetation and the views to the surrounding valleys, Pacific Ocean and islands is breathtaking. The house was takes full advantage of the views with the bedrooms and living room facing them with huge windows and a lovely terrace to sit on and enjoy. By far our best accommodation in Costa Rica.

we absolutely loved our stay at Tityra lodge. completely immersed in nature. Even though it rained plenty it was just great to hang in the lodge and enjoy the view. They also took such great care of us and we ended up eating dinner there twice as well. The food was beautiful home cooked, breakfast was amazing, everything was amazing! We highly recommend it.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways! It's at the end of a pathway at the border of the forest, so there is no traffic noise and a lot of wildlife to see! We had a room on the top floor which was very quiet and private, with a terrace from which we could see lots of birds and animals. Breakfast was great and staff was very helpful. There is free coffee, tea and cake in the afternoon, and the hotel is conveniently located close to the city and not far from the national parks. Definitely recommended!

The property is great - assuming you are coming to Monteverde to see birds, feel the clouds, and enjoy local foods! This place has it all. Our party of 4 couples had the whole place to ourselves - we did have some noisy convesations and laughters. We did some impromptu shows at the amphitheater - what a cool place. Every morning we saw several guided tour groups setting up telescopes trained to the trees in the property, while we simply stood on balcony, coffee in hand. Andrea was great in getting what we wanted. highly recommended!

We felt really spoiled in this treehouse so closed to the road, but also in the middle of the forest. The main bedroom has 180 views to the forest, while the living room has also a beautiful view towards a terrace. Every morning we had our private birds show in the trees in front of the terrace. My husband was working outside, and the birds weren’t shy at all to sit very closed to him and show of their colorful plumage. We were only two, but the cabin can fit four comfortably. And it has two bathrooms which we really appreciated it. The kitchen had all the tools a cook could dream of, but we only used a few. 😊 Definitely, a place to recharge and enjoy the nature.

We saw a lot of wildlife in the grounds. Stella's cafe was fabulous for breakfast and lunch and only a few minutes walk away. Cafe Monteverde, which was opposite Stella's, did fantastic coffee. We were met by Gabriel, Regina's son, who was welcoming and helpful with advice regarding day trips.

Felt a lot closer to nature than other properties we have stayed at in Costa Rica. Good cooking facilities. Melissa was super helpful and arranged tours, taxi and onward shuttle for us. Walk to town was approx 15 mins were there was lots of restaurants. This is possible even in dark as the road was reasonably well lit. Taxi beyond top to town was only 4K colones.

It is a short 15 min walk into town and there is a small supermarket over the road for supplies. The kitchen is a useful addition for a bit of self catering. The staff were very helpful in booking $6 return shuttles to the 2 main national parks and other activities. we were lucky with the weather-it was very windy at times, but the sun shone.
