The location was fantastic and the apparent was so modern and clean which is what I loved the most about it !! And Moses was always on hand for any problems and dealt them with so promptly!!! We look forward to staying there again and most definitely would recommend it to friends and family

It takes your breath away when you enter the rooms with huge vaulted wooden ceilings and polished wooden floors. Authentic materials and atmospheric design throughout, but still managed a very comfortable bed and excellent hot shower! The restaurant served some of the best food we've had in the Canaries. Home made and delicious. Staff are brilliant. We'll be back.

It is a bit expensive, yet you can find good deals if booked beforehand. The room is clean and comfortable, it also has heating. The hotel itself is kind a retro / authentic. There is a fireplace in lobby bar. There is aslo a cafeteria in the same building, but it is open 10-19 and pretty expensive. Yet you have a kettler and tea in your room.VladislavYoung couple

He left a heap of delicious bananas, avocados, lime and oranges which his family grows. Also a lot of wood to burn in the fireplace, and a big gas heater. The house is wonderful, in a quiet place with a beautiful view over La Orotava and Puerto de la Cruz also the Mt. Teide.

The location is so amazing I would happily stay in a hut, but having such a nice hotel in such a great location is something special. The staff are efficient and friendly, the food is varied and of a high quality and the rooms, though simple, were quite comfortable. Yes, it's more expensive than many comparable hotels elsewhere, but the location is such that it's actually reasonably priced. I would come back again, and probably will, in a heartbeat.
