You could rent sledges and the kids had the best time. The untouched snow was up to my knees! It was truly exceptional, we are all wanting to come back next year as the slope is perfect to teach our kids on. The location was perfect for us as we wanted to feel like we were out in the Wilderness but we weren’t far from the town of Salla where supplies could easily be reached. It was lovely and warm and the sauna was great. It was a short drive to Salla Wilderness Park and close to Salla for shopping.
