The location was perfect for us as we wanted to feel like we were out in the Wilderness but we weren’t far from the town of Salla where supplies could easily be reached. The sauna was wonderful.

It was cosy but with plenty of space, and with everything we needed for cooking. It was lovely and warm and the sauna was great. It was a short drive to Salla Wilderness Park and close to Salla for shopping. It was on a lovely quiet street, surrounded by pine trees (but the snow plough still came down it!) The walls seemed to to be very thick, since we could neither hear the next-door neighbors, nor the cars in the yard outside. Each apartment has a big parking space right in front of the door. The apartments sauna is a big plus, too! :) Highly recommended!
