Compact but comfortable and very well-equipped accommodation. Zoe has thought of everything and the little extra touches (chocolates; croissants) are lovely. Private, quiet studio with its own beautiful little courtyard garden. Good communications with hosts.

Located in Cheltenham, The Cabin provides garden views and free WiFi, 14 km from Kingsholm Stadium and 31 km from Cotswold Water Park. The property is around 49 km from Lydiard Park, 14 km from Sudeley Castle and 15 km from Gloucester Cathedral. The property is non-smoking and is set 48 km from Coughton Court.

The quality to detail in the construction of the Cabin was impressive as was the furniture and decoration. The portfolio of the design and construction of the cabins and sunken pool together with Paul's other projects was particularly interesting to me being in the Architectural Industry. The outside garden area (formally the allotment was a pleasant haven and I can imagine being a lovely area to sit out in in the warmer summer months. The location was good also with everything close by with shops and bars etc and just a 20 min stroll into the Centre of Cheltenham. The cabin was spotlessly clean with a lovely small of kiln dried wood as you step inside after a short winding cobbled path to the secret area. Paul was particularly engaging and a great host, my only regret is that we didn't get a visit from Elvis as | also had a cat called Elvis :)

Looking for a cabin?

For the active travellers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. Usually fully furnished and self-catered, chalets are typically wooden and in the Alpine region of Europe, but can also be found elsewhere in the world. Characterised by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing holidays.

We couldn't fault it, everything was perfect. We enjoyed the contactless check in and the cabin exceeded expectations. The privacy from other cabins was really good and we enjoyed the outdoor space and how quiet it was both during the day and at night. All created a very relaxing and comfortable trip.

I stayed in one of the two cabins in the garden. Surprisingly luxurious with an en-suite bathroom, really comfy bed and plentiful room. It was warm and very cosy. The host Karen was really welcoming and friendly. £50 for a weekday was perfect.

The location was good for us, with plenty of cafes, wine bars and restaurants nearby. Beautiful Georgian windows with the original shutters and a balcony - if the weather was nice we would have had a coffee out there!

The staff are exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The Midland is very relaxing, cheerful, fun, gregarious and no fuss. I liked the fact there was a bible in my bedside cabinet. Bed was extremely comfortable. There was a fan in the room.

Quirky wooden chalet set in a lovely garden. Poached eggs for breakfast were the best we’ve ever tasted, cooked to perfection.
