Such a charming chalet in a cute little hamlet just nicely off the beaten track of the main access road. A short 3 minute walk to 4 or 5 restaurants. the owner Massimo was great and made contact prior to us jumping to a plane to see where he could help. We arrived a little late and his in resort helper Michela was super welcoming even at 10pm. The chalet has a lovely fire and a open plan kitchen so you feel included in the wine drinking chats in the lounge. the bathrooms are great and it has two all the bedrooms have firm comfortable beds. Nothing to change …… a great chalet for a great trip

Fantastic experience renting with HelloChalet. Chalet was ready on arrival so no waiting around and simple, no fuss process for picking up keys. Communication from HelloChalet was excellent, from check-in instructions and directions to frequent checks to see if there were any problems. Northern Lights chalet was perfect for a family holiday. Very clean and comfortable, well equipped, tranquil setting and very easy access to ski lift. Best renting experience yet.

The location of the house is absolutely breathtaking. Surrounded by mountains and snow it was magical. The house is furnished in a very warm and cozy manner. We had everything we needed. Very nice to enter in a warm house with a fireplace after coming from the snow. We highly recommend it.

This place is unbelievable. First, the location and the view. The place looks like a picture book, the stone house with the Matterhorn and that entire chain in the background. In the evening, it turns pastel color and you'd say it's fake if you see it in a picture. Second, in spite of this location (it's a few houses at 2,100 meters altitude), the house is utterly modern inside -- sleek dishwasher, surround stereo system, and all. Third, and perhaps most unbelievable, the house is spotlessly clean. With all the little stuff you have in a fully furnished house and all the wood, it's probably hard to clean. But somehow they do it. People stopped by all the time marveling at the house and trying to figure out how to rent it.

Excellent location. Apartment is exactly as in pictures. All support worked really well. Office/small side room is working as third bedroom. Clean and really full of light and good quality sleep. Walking distance to village and very short walk to slopes

The chalet is very nice, warm and cozy. The kitchen is well equipped and with a great gas cooker. The beds are nice and comfortable. We also love the fireplace but was not sure where to get additional fire wood. Parking is good and no problem. The location is nice and quiet, away from the main road so you will have a good night sleep. The view from the balcony is also amazing! You will really feel this chalet is a product of love

We had a fabulous stay in Chalet Motta. We loved the location in the Italian Alpine town of Valtournenche which has a super ski area and us very well connected to Cervinia too. The accommodation was very clean and well appointed with everything you would need. The kitchen was especially well equipped. There is a dishwasher and washing machine. The beds were comfortable and we liked the fact that all the rooms had dressing gowns and slippers for all guests. The bathrooms had lovely products for washing. The hosts were extremely helpful too.

Good value for money . Attention to minor details such as washing machine soap. Good customer Service.overall nice appartment. We really didn't feel like we need more.

It's an enclave of tranquility in the mid of the mountains, three minutes drive from the ski slope. It's hard to imagine a better place for relax.
