16 km from Luminous Lagoon, Sunshine Lodge: Your home away from home is a recently renovated property situated in Montego Bay and features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. Boasting a shared kitchen, this property also provides guests with an outdoor fireplace. The holiday home has family rooms and facilities for disabled guests.

Wonderful & spacey place with a magnificent view over the ocean! It's sited high up on the hill, so you can enjoy the soft breeze from the sea which felt so refreshing and comfortable at night. The interior is all functional and in great condition. The surroundings are very peaceful and calm, so you have to go a bit down the hill if you need anything, but this means that you really can relax and enjoy the quiet. Outside there's a nice green yard where you can sit and chill. The hosts are also great and really did their best to help us enjoy our time!

Looking for a cabin?

For the active travellers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. Usually fully furnished and self-catered, chalets are typically wooden and in the Alpine region of Europe, but can also be found elsewhere in the world. Characterised by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing holidays.

The rooms and the resort could use a refreshing! The food was quite mediocre, the highlight was the Jerk Hut. The staff was quite pleasant, the severs and food staff. The management was subpar! The beaches were incredible, but there are several sea urchins and we were NOT warned of this and this a child in our party had to go to urgent care.

I thought the hotel was really good. I got upgraded to an ocean view room where the views were breathtaking. Great place for families, jerk hut and cocktails were nice. The buffet dinner could be improved but for the price I thought it was good.

The location of the hotel was what i wanted so near to the airport but it was also quiet away from the main road. I was really surprised how clean and modern the hotel was. I did have a problem with one of the window lock broken but fortunately they had an another room available that they moved me into in a very quick space of time. The staff were very friendly and they also had a shuttle service to the airport which was quite handy.

Marsha on the front desk was lovely and when on duty took care of our needs during our stay. There is a free hotel shuttle going to and from the airport about four times a day and to the beach and back once in the morning and once in the afternoon. Everything felt new and extremely clean. The bed was very comfortable.

The hospitality by the staff was absolutely amazing- the tall slim lady at lunch (and in the 24 hour cafe on one occasion), the jerk hut guy, the receptionists, all the waiters and mixologists by the pool area- we should have noted down names sorry! but they were amazing! The junior suite oceanview was incredible! We loved the layout of the room. The bed was comfy and the room spacious and modern. The pool was nice.
