Some nice touches such as bathrobe and plenty of towels. Good breakfast and very helpful staff. We were staying overnight before heading to Hakuba. The hotel has a shuttle bus which will pick you up from the station. Good messaging via booking.com. kokusai 21 hosted the IOC during the Nagano Olympics.

Hotel is quite grand and lovely staff. The corner room was spacious and neat but may need a refurbishment in the near future. Everything was working and well stocked. The shuttle was a bonus but started a little late but worked within the timetable.
