Very relaxed and laid back place right on the river. Garden grounds with lots of bird life right out the door. The management of the property is now Caprivi Adventures tour company, so previous issues with management probably don’t apply. As they are part of a tour company, it’s easy to arrange activities. I had two exceptional birding outings on the river with Riian during my stay.

The river were a highlight for us. Loved the isolation of the place. Great bird watching with Masule. The staff were attentive and gentle.

You would not expect such a nice room when you drive in. The small restaurant is also recommended because of the good and nice cook. As it is located about 6 km out of Katima it is n o t recommended for travellers without a car.

It really is like a home away from home. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They were willing to do our laundry at a reasonable price. Good TV channels. Breakfast (included) is good.
