The location was great. However, it was hard to find without the help of the host, especially after dark. The house was beautiful, large, and clean. The area was very quiet which we liked. The hosts were very gracious letting us check-in really late on a short notice. It’s a shame that we didn’t find this place before staying at a dumpy hotel for 3 days. Recommend staying here.

The home gives off a nice comfortable cottage vibe, with the backdrop of tropical paradise. Gearld and Jean-Pierre are wonderful hosts, their dogs Bichat and Charlie, and their cat, Panther, add a warm home away from home family. Gearld’s decoration is amazing, and Jean-Pierre’s culinary skills are a joy to witness. If you do have any plans in the evening, (and you comfortable with Google translate and as an English speaker), having dinner with them is truly a treat, the conversation will have you laughing and feeling good well into the night.

Secure, all facilities required at our fingertips e.g. washing machine, kitchen, air con etc and, useful to set up at this apartment then travel to and from Mooera for a few days and not wasting $ due to the low cost of this accomodation. The groundsman is lovely too. The accomodation was comfortable and, nicely decorated. Definitely would recommend if you're looking for cost effective, secure but nice lodgings.

This property is very central with everything, market,roulette, shopping, etc, you name it. Don’t judge the outside, wait until you get to your room. very clean, more than comfortable, peaceful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this awesome apartment. Like me, if you love shopping eating or just simply walking in Papeete, book this place, you won’t be disappointed.
