The Palm Ecolodge is a tranquil property up in the hills of Ha Giang away from the city buzz and heat. We had a lovely stay there, the views were absolutely stunning all around and there is a lot of greenery at the property, so the place really invites you to slow down and relax. The rooms were cute and cosy with wooden decor and the whole property had a lovely style. Pool was great and refreshing. We enjoyed delicios dinner at very ambient restaurant at the property. We stayed one night, but I would deffinititey recommend to stay two days to unwind before or after Ha Giang loop.

Hosts were so kind and helpful, especially with checking in late at night and renting motorbikes. Breakfast before we set out on the loop was good. When we returned the bikes, they let us shower and stay there until our overnight bus.

It was everything there what you need while travelling. The staff was AMAZING. For every question Bean was there. Even before our stay he helped us with the shuttle to the hostel when we missed ours. He was absolutely fair about every price and managed our tour, and the shuttle back. I highly recommend this hostel and would come back every time again.

Nearby some of local cheap restaurants. We ended up to stay one extra night cause we liked the place. Would recommend and stay again if ever visiting ha giang. Good place to meet other travellers.They had the cutest little dog, decent breakfast and you can refill your water bottle. Staff was really helpful, we didn't do the loop but the staff will organize that for you if needed

We had a duvet which came in handy as we noticed Ha Giang being quite colder than other place in Vietnam. Holly is super energetic, and she was very helpful with helping us plan our loop. She took us to rent a motorbike in the morning, she booked the cabin bus to return to Hanoi (cheaper than 12go) and she was trying to help at every point. Also first bathroom we found in the entire country (after 20 days) that has a curtain rail avoiding everything getting wet after a shower!

We rented a motorbike here for 4 days on the Ha Giang Loop. When we returned, we could use the downstairs bathroom, and while waiting for the night bus to Sapa, we also used the pool. We definitely recommend this place. Bean is very helpful and arranged for us a luxury night bus to Sapa. The transit shuttle picked us up right in front of the hostel gate.TerezaYoung couple
