Sam, the guide was great. The shared facilities are wonderful. Veranda with fireplace used for both nights. Room small but everything new and well appointed. Great value. You see animals you don’t see in Addo so definitely worth the short drive from the main road.

We stayed at Harmony in the off season and we were actually the only ones there. Apart from the beautiful tent and view from the tent, we could see so many starts and the entire milkiway from our balcony, which was mesmerizing. Apart from all of that Mike is a very nice host and we had some good talks, he made us lovely dinner and breakfast and helped us if needed and provided recommendations and directions.

Absolutely lovely private game Lodge near Addo national park. Excellent food and lovely staff. Chalets were beautiful. Great views from the pool. Went for game drive on their property and saw many different animals and was able to feed giraffe.

Lovely estate with great views! Loved to spend some time on the terrace having dinner or a glass of wine overlooking the sunset at the river. The restaurant is very lovely and open Wednesday to Sunday. The location is just a short drive away from the main gate to Addo Elephant National Park. My second stay at Valley Bushveld and it was even better than I remembered. It was out of peak season so very quiet, I think we were the only guests. We had evening meal both nights and this was very well prepared. Breakfast also was excellent, plenty of choice and freshly cooked. Visited Addo which was again superb. Then on our second day had an early morning walk around the grounds and managed to get a good sighting of the giraffes as well as other wildlife. The room we were in had been renovated since my last stay and was fabulous. Will definitely visit again.
