This was our last stop of a 3-week round trip and a great stop it was. Temperatures are cool at night, chalets are cosy and the showers are warm in the morning (not a given in Costa Rica). The restaurant is exceptional combined with great wines. Great value for money! Including the restaurant.

The cottage was beautiful with new equipment, set in an excellent mountain location. What stood out were the wonderful owners who made us feel incredibly welcome. The breakfast was excellent. Lots of hummingbirds. Too bad we were only here for one day; I could easily imagine staying a few more days. I warmly recommend it.

We could have spent a week here, we really did not want to leave. If you get the chance, you must stay here. The cabin was perfect, there is nothing you need that isn’t here. The views are spectacular, it wouldn’t be possible to do it justice. We were very fortunate to stay at some incredible places, but this might be our favourite. The drive up is challenging, we were laughing the whole way, but it was definitely worth it. We can’t recommend this place more. Great hosts, readily available and accommodating.
