An à la carte, continental or Asian breakfast can be enjoyed at the property. We booked 6 nights in December at the Raja Ampat Eco Lodge. The lodge was fantastic! The bungalows are spacious, clean and beautifully appointed with a very comfortable bed, seating and dining areas and nice lighting. While there isn't air conditioning, the breeze coming from the sea and the large quiet fan made it easy to sleep at night despite warm temperatures. We didn't have any issues with mosquitoes or other bugs either. The food was delicious and varied each day. We loved the fresh juices, curries and vegetables. The house beach is beautiful and the reef has a good variety of fish. We even saw an octopus a couple of times! The owners are lovely and the service provided by the team is professional and kind.

The attention of the staff is extraordinary, you feel at home. Brigitte is a great hostess, she tries to help you with everything and make your stay very pleasant. Quality food, fresh and varied. The diving center works wonderfully, equipment in good condition and a super professional dive Master. Close to the best diving spots. The cotage are beautiful and comfortable. We would definitely go back!

If you would like to discover the area, hiking, fishing and snorkelling are possible in the surroundings. We spent 5 days in Methos Homestay and we felt in paradise. The location is simply amazing, you can see a wonderful sunset and dolphins from the bungalow's terrace and the coral reef just in front of is rich and healthy. The staff is lovely, there are all local people and they are shy and kind. The food is simple but well coocked, the room is clean and nice. An added value are certainly the excursions offered, we did every day a different tour to discover Raja Ampat. Our guides gave us some amazing snorkeling. We loved the possibility to visit the village near the homestay to know a little the local culture.
